4.3 Main Component Structure
4.3.1 The frame adopt integral welding mechanism, using carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, with the tempering treatment to eliminate the internal stress; own high strength and stiffness, the stability of geometric accuracy is high.
4.3.2 The frame adapts world advanced PAMA machining center, one-time clamping processing to ensure the dimensional accuracy.
4.3.3 Main Drive: Crankshaft and connecting rod structure, and set crankshaft longitudinally, so that the fulcrum distance is short, structure is compact.
4.3.4 Driving method:High torque wet clutch.
4.3.5 Drive system:Motor-pulley-gear vice.
4.3.6 Drive gear:
Use of straight-toothed gear, oil-soaked lubrication, with high meshing accuracy, smooth transmission, small noise, large carrying capacity and other advantages.
4.3.7 Copper tile, Bearings:
    Important parts of the copper tile, bearings have a reliable lubrication guarantee. The connecting rod copper tile, the crankshaft support copper tile is made of high ratio pressure copper tile.
4.3.8 Clutch /Brake(Wet):
4.3.8.1 Control system selected imported double valve, flexible action and reliable.
4.3.8.2 High torque wet clutch, with low inertia, high torque, non-polluting, low noise characteristics, in line with environmental requirements, long life, and low maintenance costs.
4.3.8.3 The main motor adopts the single-speed motor and inverter (optional) speed controlling way, with short-circuit protection, current overload protection.
4.3.8.4 In order to prevent the machine secondary start and ensure the safety of the operator, there is a close-range switch to prevent secondary start, to prevent the repeated movement of the slider, play a protective role.
4.3.9 Sliders and Guide Rail:
4.3.9.1 The slider adopts an elongated eight-sided guide, the lubrication rail plate is a composite material, the guide accuracy is high, and the wear resistance is good.
4.3.9.2 The slider is equipped with hydraulic overload protection device, more than 10% of the rated tonnage produces an overload discharge alarm. The slider automatically stops, after overloading needs to move back to the upper dead point, hydraulic overload device automatic ally.
4.3.9.3 The crankshaft operating angle is displayed electronically and placed on the control panel.
4.3.9.4 Slider equipped with motorized height adjustment device:

4.4.4 General Technical Requirements

b. Main power:380V±7% 50HZ±0.5HZ(Three-phase five-wire,3P+PE+N),the distribution box has a standard grounding design for three-phase five-wire incoming power; the main switch has overload and electromagnetic protection.
c. Auxiliary power supply:
     Independent auxiliary power supplies with safety devices are used for lights and switch units, not for production line equipment; independent power supplies are supplied to the production line PLC-CPU. All HMI and PLC-CPU power supplies require switches and control units. The power supply of PLC and solenoid valve is designed according to the product. All connection circuits to the PLC follow the grounding standards after isolation transformers.
4.4.5 Auxiliary devices and others:
4.4.5.1 The operation of the press is controlled by both hands.
