4.3 Main Component Structure
4.3.1 The machine body adopts a box-shaped structure welded with steel plates, adopts CO2 gas shielded welding, and performs stress relief treatment by tempering. It has high strength and rigidity and high geometric accuracy and stability.
4.3.2 The processing of the fuselage is completed on the Italian PAMA boring and milling machining center, and the clamping is performed once to ensure the accuracy of the machine's shape and position.
4.3.3 The main transmission form: crankshaft connecting rod structure, the crankshaft is vertically arranged with a short fulcrum distance, and the structure is compact.
4.3.4 Drive mode: high torque wet clutch.
4.3.5 Drive system: motor-belt-gear pair.
4.3.6 Transmission gear:
Straight tooth gear, oil-immersed lubrication, has the advantages of high meshing accuracy, smooth transmission, low noise, and large carrying capacity.
4.3.7 Copper tiles and bearings:
The copper tiles and bearings of important parts have reliable lubrication guarantee. Connecting rod copper tile, crankshaft supporting copper tile mining are high ratio copper tile.
4.3.8 Clutch / brake (wet type):
4.3.8.1 The control system adopts imported double solenoid valve, which is sensitive and reliable.
4.3.8.2 High-torque wet clutch has the characteristics of low inertia, high torque, no pollution and low noise. It meets environmental protection requirements, has a long life and low maintenance cost.
4.3.8.3 The main motor adopts single-speed motor + inverter (optional) speed regulation mode, with short circuit protection and current overload protection.
4.3.8.4 In order to prevent the second start of the machine tool and protect the personal safety of the operator, a proximity switch to prevent the second start is provided to prevent the slider from repeating the movement and play a protective role.
4.3.9 Slide and guide rail:
4.3.9.1 The slider adopts an extended six-sided guide rail, and the lubricated guide plate is a composite material, which has high guide accuracy and good wear resistance.
4.3.9.2 The slider is equipped with a hydraulic overload protection device. An overload unloading alarm is generated when the rated tonnage is exceeded by about 10%. The slider automatically stops. After overload, it needs to jog back to the top dead center and the hydraulic overload device automatically compensates for pressure.
4.3.9.3 The operating angle of the crankshaft is displayed electronically and placed on the control panel. (JH21-25 ~ 80 are mechanical pointer type)
4.3.9.4 The slider is equipped with a motorized height adjustment device: (JH21-60 and above models are electric, and JH21-25 ~ 45 are manual)
(1) The upper and lower limit positions are automatically stopped;
(2) During adjustment, the height of the die is displayed in the instrument with a display accuracy of 0.1mm.
4.3.10 Balancer: Air type, balance pressure is manually adjusted and set.
4.3.11 Fuselage:
4.3.11.1 Equipped with a fixed two-handed button station 1 / set.
4.3.11.2 Has the air source pressure gauge.
4.3.12 Hydraulic, lubricating and pneumatic parts:
4.3.12.1 Pump uses imported or domestic high-quality components.
4.3.12.2 Centralized concentrated oil forced lubrication system
(1) Lubrication parts: bearings, guide rails, copper tiles, etc.
(2) The lubricating distributor is selected from standard imported or domestic high-quality products.
4.3.12.3 Intermittent quantitative manual lubrication system
(1) Lubrication parts: balancer
4.3.12.4 The overload pump provides oil for the overload protection of the slider, and the inner surface of the oil tank is degreased and pickled.
4.3.12.5 Compressed air is used for clutch / brake, balance cylinder, slider overload protection and blowing device.
4.3.12.6 The main air pressure is provided with a pressure detection switch, which is interlocked with the host.
4.3.12.7 There is a water separation filter at the inlet of the air source to prevent excessive moisture from entering the pipeline.
4.3.12.8 All system pipelines and components are designed to be in order, arranged in an orderly manner, without leakage, and are easy to disassemble and maintain.
4.3.12.9 The clutch gas tank and the balancer gas tank all meet safety standards, so that the air pressure fluctuates within 20%. Pneumatic equipment meets general technical requirements.
4.4 Electrical part
4.4.1 Main operation panel: color touch screen, main motor running indicator
4.4.2 Electrical cabinet: Use wall-mounted electrical box.
4.4.3 Control device:

b. Adopt multi-screen touch screen to realize the main process parameters and fault indication of the press, mainly including the following basic information:
Production process status monitoring and production volume presetting and countin
Machine status display, I / O status monitoring.

Yield counter (displayed on the touch screen);
4.4.4 General technical requirements
a. Voltage rating and protective measures
b. Main power supply: 380V ± 7% 50HZ ± 0.5HZ (three-phase five-wire, 3P + PE + N), with standard grounding design in the distribution box, used for three-phase five-wire incoming power supply; the main switch has overload and Electromagnetic protection function.
c. Auxiliary power supply:
The independent auxiliary power supply with safety device is used for lights and switch units, not for production line equipment; the independent power supply is for the production line PLC-CPU, and all HMI and PLC-CPU power supplies require switches and control units. The power supply of PLC and solenoid valve is designed according to the product. All the connection circuits with PLC follow the grounding standard after isolation transformer.
4.4.5 Auxiliary devices and others:
4.4.5.1 The operation of the press is controlled by two hands.
4.4.5.2 When the power supply is cut off or the equipment is in an emergency stop, in order to avoid equipment damage or personal injury, no movement of the equipment is allowed.
4.4.5.3 The number of external detection signals and the number of manual operation buttons can ensure that the equipment has perfect protection functions, ensure that the equipment is easy to operate and reliable.
4.4.5.4 The button station is operated by both hands, and the emergency stop button is set on the button station of the press, and marked with a bold red.
